Released in 1991
John Wesley Harding was the stage name for Wesley Stace from England. This album was released around the time he moved to America and songs like "The People's Drug" were huge hits on alternative radio.
Wesley currently lives in Philadelphia and I interviewed him in 2019.
In addition to music, he's authored several novels.
