UCPAC and Rahway Dance Theatre (RDT) proudly present the 2025 Summer Dance Intensive performance, the culmination of our summer camp program! Our students, ages 9 to 15, will perform Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, and Theater Dance, showcasing what they’ve learned in their Summer Dance Intensive.
Rooted in New Jersey’s STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) education model, UCPAC & RDT’s Summer Dance Intensive integrated various learning methods to foster creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. The program offered a healthy outlet for social connection and self-expression, empowering students to dive into art that is culturally relevant and impactful. By expanding access to high-quality dance education, the Intensive supported real-world representation—allowing aspiring dancers to see themselves reflected in the studio and on stage. Dancers look like anyone who likes to move, regardless of size, shape, or level of ability.
