Wednesday, May 31, 2023 - Barry Manilow to Perform 5 Shows at Radio City Music Hall. (NEW YORK, NY) -- Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) and The Bowery Presents announced that Barry Manilow will perform five consecutive nights at Radio City Music Hall on Wednesday, May 31; Thursday, June 1; Friday, June 2; Saturday, June 3 and Sunday, June 4, at 8:00pm each night. These shows will mark Barry Manilow's 35th - 39th lifetime performances at Radio City Music Hall, and his first time returning to the legendary venue since 2012.

Thursday, June 1, 2023 - The Sieminski Theater presents Swinging with the Rat Pack. (BASKING RIDGE, NJ) -- Swinging with the Rat Pack is a fun-filled musical celebration that re-creates the magic of The Rat Pack - Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin & Sammy Davis Jr. They will perform at the Sieminski Theater on June 1, 2023 at 7:30pm. This show is as close as you can get to hanging out in the front row of the Copa!

Thursday, June 1, 2023 - New Jersey Symphony to Perform Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto. (NEWARK, NJ) -- Acclaimed violin virtuoso Randall Goosby is set to solo in the New Jersey Symphony's upcoming performance of Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto, June 1—4, led by Music Director Xian Zhang. The program also features the world premiere of Chen Yi's Landscape Impression and Stravinsky's Suite from Pulcinella.

Thursday, June 1, 2023 - Jersey City Jazz Festival to Take Place June 1-4. (JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- The Jersey City Jazz Festival is back and better than ever for its 10th anniversary celebration from June 1-4, 2023. The festival will kick off with JC Jazz Nights on Thursday (6/1) and Friday (6/2) at various venues throughout the city. It will culminate in a two-day free outdoor festival on Saturday (6/3) and Sunday (6/4) at the newly renovated Exchange Place Plaza, presented by Exchange Place Alliance and produced by Riverview Jazz. The festival will also partner with the Bike JC Ward Tour on Sunday, June 5, and serve as its finish line along the Hudson Waterfront.

Friday, June 2, 2023 - McCarter presents 2023 JAZZ IN JUNE. (PRINCETON, NJ) -- McCarter Theatre has announced the 2023 JAZZ IN JUNE line up – six premiere events over three weekends, starting with the 2023 Grammy Award Winner for Best New Artist, Samara Joy on Friday, June 2. Jazz in June 2023 is sponsored by WRTI. The full roster includes legends Chucho Valdés and Paquito D'Rivera, on Friday, June 9, nineteen-year-old piano virtuoso Joey Alexander on Saturday, June 10, Blue Note tenor saxophonist Melissa Aldana on Friday, June 16, and ending the three-weekend celebration when visionary composer Maria Schneider brings her 18-member ensemble to perform the most daring work of her career on Saturday, June 17. Concerts begin at 8:00pm.

Friday, June 2, 2023 - Remember Jones to Revive Bat Out of Hell Live for North to Shore Festival. Experience wild theatricality and larger-than-life emotion as Remember Jones presents Bat Out of Hell Live - a revival of Meat Loaf's Bat Out of Hell album in its entirety and more with a 15-piece band as part of the North to Shore Festival. The show comes to Count Basie Center's Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre on June 2nd, and to Resorts Superstar Theater in Atlantic City on June 10th.

Friday, June 2, 2023 - The Mississippi Delta Meets the Jersey Shore. (WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- The Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music at Monmouth University and the Jersey Shore Jazz & Blues Foundation (JSJBF) will premiere The Mississippi Delta Meets the Jersey Shore on Friday, June 2, 2023 at the Lauren K. Woods Theatre on the Monmouth University campus. The event begins at 8:00pm.

Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Charlie Puth Announces 2023 Tour, Includes Shows in NJ, Philly and NY. Four-time Grammy-nominated hitmaker Charlie Puth announced he will be embarking on a 2023 tour. Produced by Live Nation, Charlie Puth Presents The “Charlie” Live Experience kicks off on May 24th at The Pavilion at Toyota Music Factory in Dallas making stops across the U.S. and Canada in Atlanta, Miami, New York and more before wrapping up in Los Angeles at The Greek Theatre on July 11th. Puth will perform at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel on Saturday, June 3rd, 2023.

Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Ocean Casino Resort presents Chris Young. (ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- American Idol star Chris Young, takes the stage at Ocean Casino Resort's Ovation Hall on Saturday, June 3. Showtime is 8:00pm.

Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Garden State Philharmonic Presents "Bach to the Beatles" with Special Guest Speaker Kenneth Womack. (TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- The Garden State Philharmonic, under the direction of Conductor Diane Wittry, will perform "Bach to the Beatles," a concert showcasing the influence of famous classical music pieces on modern day rock 'n' roll songs, on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the Grunin Center for the Arts at Ocean County College. Showtime is 7:30pm. Prior to the concert, Monmouth University Professor Kenneth Womack, a Beatles author and historian, will deliver an opening presentation at 7:00pm and will be available for a book-signing after the show.

Saturday, June 3, 2023 - State Theatre New Jersey presents Fête at the Farm featuring a performance by The Bacon Brothers. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey will host its second annual Fête at the Farm, a gala event celebrating live performance, community, and history on Saturday, June 3, 2023. The State Theatre Benefit Gala will be hosted at historic Suydam Farms in Somerset, NJ. The event includes dinner, dancing, and an intimate performance by The Bacon Brothers.

Saturday, June 3, 2023 - Chrisette Michele to headline Rhythm & Blues by the Brook on June 3rd. (PLAINFIELD, NJ) -- The Union County Board of County Commissioners would like to invite residents to kick off the summer season with Rhythm & Blues by the Brook, a full afternoon of free music and activities at Cedar Brook Park in Plainfield on Saturday, June 3, 2023 from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

Sunday, June 4, 2023 - Ricardo Arjona to Perform in Atlantic City during North to Shore Music Festival. (ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- North to Shore Music Festival has announced that superstar artist and composer Ricardo Arjona's Blanco Y Negro: Volver Tour that is 23 North American cities will make a stop in Atlantic City at Boardwalk Hall on Sunday, June 4th at 7:00pm.

Sunday, June 4, 2023 - River Crossing Concerts' Spring Fest features live music and food trucks on June 4th. (RIVER EDGE, NJ) -- River Crossing Concerts presents an all-day outdoors festival on Sunday, June 4 from 12:00pm-5:00pm with live music ranging from American jazz and ragtime to Afro-Latin salsa, from the rhythms of Brazilian Samba and Caribbean Reggae to the sparkling sounds of Irish bagpipes. In addition to the live music, the festival will have food trucks, arts and crafts, and games. The event takes place on the lawn and parking lot of First Congregational Church in River Edge. Admission is free, but donations are encouraged.

Sunday, June 4, 2023 - WBGO's Kids Jazz Concert Series and The Louis Armstrong Educational Foundation Present the Bobby Sanabria MULTIVERSE Big Band. (BRONX, NY) -- The Louis Armstrong Educational Foundation (LAEF) and WBGO’s Kids Jazz Concert Series present the multi-Grammy nominated Bobby Sanabria MULTIVERSE Big Band, featuring Janis Siegel, Antoinette Montague and Jennifer Jade Ledesna, in a Latin jazz tribute to Louis Armstrong in association with Hostos Center for the Arts & Culture at Hostos Community College, 450 Grand Concourse at 149th Street in the Bronx, on Sunday, June 4, 1:00-2:00pm. The concert is free and open to the public. Adults must be accompanied by at least one child. Advance reservations are required via EventBrite.

Tuesday, June 6, 2023 - NJPAC presents a night of fado with Hélder Moutinho and Maria Emília. (NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) welcomes a night of fado with Hélder Moutinho and Maria Emília on Saturday, June 6 at 7:30pm. The singers bring their unique stylings to the Victoria Theater Lizzie & Jonathan Tisch Stage accompanied by expressive Portuguese guitar. Hélder Moutinho evokes love, loss and longing in his beautifully emotional vocals. The magnetic Maria Emília, originally from Brazil, is equally adept at conveying deep melancholy and hopeful joy.

Bruce Springsteen Archives presents "Music America: Iconic Objects from America's Music History" at LBJ Presidential Library

(AUSTIN, TX) - Since the nation's inception nearly two and a half centuries ago, music has informed, interpreted, and inspired our national identity. To celebrate and explore this remarkable heritage, the LBJ Presidential Library and the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music at Monmouth University announce the premiere of the exhibition Music America: Iconic Objects from America's Music History. Opening at the LBJ Presidential Library on Saturday, February 17, during Presidents' Day weekend, the exhibition will be on display through August 11, 2024.
