(WESTFIELD, NJ) -- Enchantra, Inc. has released Temperates: The New Culture of Drinking Less by founder and CEO Tara Oporto. The book is available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle.
Temperates is a cultural and biological examination of how alcohol marketing, identity and habit shaped the way people drink, and what changes when a person chooses less on purpose. It is not a recovery book and it does not ask readers to quit. It explains the machinery behind the drinking most people never question, then hands them a framework for deciding differently.
