(ATLANTIC CITY, NJ) -- The inaugural RE-WIND 69' Music Festival at Showboat Resorts Garden Pier takes place August 14-16, 2026 - the anniversary weekend of the original Woodstock 1969 festival. This is a spectacular revival of a moment in American history when music united generations, healed communities, and sparked cultural change. For three unforgettable days, Atlantic City becomes a living time capsule, bringing the spirit of Woodstock and 1969 back to life through world-class recreations of the now legendary musical performances by a dynamic mix of New Jersey musicians along with national and international touring acts.

The brainchild of event producers Side By Side Live, the festival has partnered with Showboat Resorts who are providing the Garden Pier as the festival location, including a large-scale stage and special room rates for a 3 day stay. Food and craft vendors will also be on hand.

History comes alive as the spirit of the artists who defined a generation are channeled live!

Day one, August 14th kicks off at 1:30pm with a groovy Grateful Dead performance by Steal Your Face followed by New Jersey favorites the John McNutt Band playing the music of Creedence Clearwater Revival, Wooden Ships brings their gorgeous vocal stylings to the music of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and Everyday People brings the Funk to close out the night with the music of Sly & The Family Stone.

August 15th sees an afternoon start with Pamela Renee Smith paying tribute to folk/soul hero Richie Havens followed by the music of Joe Cocker as performed by Billy Mungus. At 4:30pm White Rabbit brings the music of Jefferson Airplane to life and then Jersey’s own CC Coletti who has toured the world with Meatloaf and opened for The Doobie Brothers and Pat Travers to name a few brings the passion of Janis Joplin to life performing as Just Like Janis. From 7:00pm - 8:30pm, long-time The Who tribute artists Who’s Next deliver their dynamic show to close out the night.

The final day of the RE-WIND 69’ Festival begins with a special performance in tribute to The Jeff Beck Group featuring Philadelphia vocalist Eric Visnov as Rod Stewart. The Jeff Beck Group was scheduled to play the original Woodstock Festival but broke up the day before. Renowned Latin artist Edgardo Cintron and his band will perform the fiery music of Santana and internationally touring band Kiss The Sky-The Re-Experience closes out the weekend with their #1 Jimi Hendrix recreation show featuring the world’s longest running Jimi Hendrix tribute artist Jimy Bleu performing all Hendrix’s iconic moves and licks including playing guitar left-handed.

Festival producers Side By Side Live state, “This festival is more than entertainment. It's a chance to honor the legends who shaped our culture, to celebrate the timeless music that still moves us, and to create new memories with thousands of fans who carry that spirit forward.”
