(EDISON, NJ) -- Middlesex County's Plays-in-the-Park presents All Shook Up by Jersey's own Joe DiPietro from June 17-27, 2026. Loosely based on Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, it's 1955 and into a square little town rides a guitar-playing young man who changes everything and everyone he meets.
The show features mega hits from the beloved Elvis® catalogue this musical fantasy will have you jumpin’ out of your blue suede shoes with such classics as “Heartbreak Hotel,” “Hound Dog,” “Jailhouse Rock,” and “Don’t Be Cruel.”
The cast includes Shannen Doyle (Natalie Haller), Dakota Krouse (Chad), Justin Brown (Dennis), Tenin Terrell (Sylvia), McKaela Maye (Lorraine), Billy Cardone (Jim Haller), Jackie Nuzzo (Miss Sandra), Cindy Chait (Mayor Matilda Hyde), James Coleman (Dean Hyde), Dave Desio (Sherriff Earl), and Bob Nutter (Warden).

The ensemble includes Shamar Thomas, Juliana Martino, Dominic Crisonino, Jada Dawson, Jude Napolitano, Sabrina Acosta-Lopez, Lucas BranQuinho, Tamaya Reaves-Brown, Roberto Jimenez, Natalie Pace, Alex Foreman, Cassie Espinoza, Letrell Gopaul, Catey Goodwin, Mason Horne, and Sarah Gwiazda.
Ticket price is $8.00 per adult; $5.00 per senior citizen 60 and over, children twelve (12) and under enter for free with a ticket stub. There are no refunds for any reason. Tickets are sold on-site at the box office at the Stephen J. Capestro Theater on the day of the performance only. No advance sales and no online ticketing options available. The box office opens at 5:30 pm and closes at 8:30pm for each show.
Plays-in-the-Park is located in Roosevelt Park in Edison, NJ off Route 1 next to the Menlo Park Mall. It is easily accessible from the N.J. Turnpike, Interstate 287, or the Garden State Parkway. When you arrive, Park Rangers will direct you to their free parking lot.

Playwright Joe DiPietro, who grew up in Oradell, New Jersey, has won two Tony Awards, a Drama Desk Award and 2 Outer Critics Circle Awards.
