(MOUNT LAUREL, NJ) -- Aspire Youth Development has officially opened enrollment for its new Film Readiness & Media Education (FRAME) program, a free, 18-week training initiative designed to prepare South Jersey residents for careers in the rapidly expanding film and digital media industry.
Serving residents of Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties, FRAME provides hands-on training in key production roles, including camera operation, lighting and sound, video editing, and production assistance. The program combines technical instruction with professional development and direct industry exposure, creating a clear pathway into the workforce.
The training is delivered in partnership with Creative Content OnDemand, a South Jersey-based media company with more than 25 years of experience in production and workforce training.

“Aspire is excited to prepare and connect South Jersey residents with the technical training and essential workplace skills needed to seize opportunities in film and media,” said Curtis Myers, Program Leadership.
FRAME is designed to create accessible pathways into the industry while building a strong local talent pipeline across South Jersey.
The program is fully funded through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s Filmworks Grant, ensuring there is no cost to participants.
Classes will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from May 12 through September 10 at 139 Gaither Drive, Suite I, Mt. Laurel, NJ.
Interested applicants can complete an initial interest form at: https://bit.ly/FRAME2026
Selected applicants will be invited to interview for the first cohort in early May.
FRAME aims to expand access to an industry that has not historically been accessible to all, while supporting the continued growth of New Jersey’s film sector.
