Senator Cory Booker To Launch National Book Tour at NJPAC with Special Guest Jon Bon Jovi

(NEWARK, NJ) --  U.S. Senator Cory Booker will launch a nationwide book tour for his new book Stand with a special event at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) on Sunday, March 22, 2026, just ahead of the book's official national release on Tuesday, March 24th. The event begins at 2:00pm.

Senator Booker will be joined at NJPAC by acclaimed musician and philanthropist Jon Bon Jovi for an engaging conversation designed to inspire hope, unity, and positive action. This unique event offers attendees the rare opportunity to gain insights from Senator Booker and Jon Bon Jovi about America’s future, the importance of shared values, moral courage, and our collective responsibility as citizens. *** Note: this is not a musical performance.

In Stand, Senator Booker argues that principles such as justice, compassion, courage, and civic engagement are not luxuries—they are vital, strategic tools essential to our survival and success as a nation. By wielding these tools together, he shows how Americans can reclaim a sense of common cause and help change the course of the country’s history.

Through inspiring and actionable insights, Stand speaks to Americans from all walks of life, offering a roadmap for leadership that is both values-driven and results-oriented. The book tour will feature conversations, readings, and audience engagement focused on how individuals and communities can translate shared ideals into meaningful action.

Senator Cory Booker is the senior United States senator from New Jersey. Booker earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Stanford University, attended Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar, and earned a law degree at Yale University. He served as mayor of Newark before becoming New Jersey’s first Black senator and only the fourth popularly elected Black senator in US history. Booker is a national leader in the effort to expand economic opportunity and create safe, strong, nurturing communities for every American family. He lives in Newark’s Central Ward.
