originally published: 01/20/2026

(FRENCHTOWN, NJ) -- The countdown is officially on for Journey Back to the 80s, and the studios at Roxey Ballet are buzzing with neon-bright energy. Dancers are deep in rehearsal, jamming out to iconic 80s hits from the GruvTyme Band, bringing the decade's unforgettable sound and style to life through dynamic, high-energy choreography.

To fully immerse themselves in the era, dancers are also getting in the zone by revisiting their favorite 80s movies—fueling the show with the attitude, drama, and fun that defined the decade. The result is a vibrant, feel-good performance that blends nostalgic music, athletic dance, and Roxey Ballet’s signature contemporary edge.

Audiences can expect more than just a performance — Journey Back to the 80s is a full-on experience for all ages. Younger fans are invited to join the Children’s T-Shirt Party, while adults can level up their night with the Totally Tubular Bar Pass for an extra splash of 80s fun. Performances will run from February 13th- March 31st in both New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ!

Before heading to the theater, ticket holders are encouraged to stop by Old York Cellars to kick off their evening. Guests who mention they’re attending Roxey Ballet receive 10% off their check, and even better — 10% of that purchase is donated back to Roxey Ballet, supporting the nonprofit’s mission to make innovative dance accessible to the community.

As a special bonus for readers, Journey Back to the 80s tickets are available at 10% off when using promo code TUBULAR10 at checkout — a totally rad deal for a night of unforgettable entertainment.
