(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Let it Go! Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC)'s 2026 spring production will be Disney's Frozen. Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature film, this musical includes all the film's beloved songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, along with new music written exclusively for the stage. The show will be directed by Cathy Roy. Music Direction by Charles Santoro.
In the beautiful mountainous kingdom of Arendelle, Princesses Anna and Elsa grow up sheltered inside their castle, isolated from the world and increasingly distant from each other. When Elsa is crowned queen, the magical powers she’s desperately tried to conceal from her sister take control, and she flees into the mountains.
As a ferocious winter descends on Arendelle, Anna sets off on an epic journey to find Elsa and bring her home – with the help of hardworking ice harvester Kristoff, his loyal reindeer Sven, and a happy-go-lucky snowman named Olaf.
Full of magic, humor, and a stunning musical score, Frozen is a powerful tale of sisterhood, acceptance, and finding the real meaning of true love.
Performances of Disney’s Frozen, MPAC’s 12th spring production, will take place May 29- May 31, 2026. Tickets will go onsale in early April.

Sunday, February 1 from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Young Anna & Young Elsa auditions - must look and be able to play ages 8 - 11
Monday, February 2 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm. Young Anna & Young Elsa auditions - must look and be able to play ages 8 - 11
Monday, February 2 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm. Ages 14 – 25 for Principal roles and Ensemble
Thursday, February 5 from 5:00pm – 9:00pm. Ages 14 – 25 for Principal roles and Ensemble
Sunday, February 8 from 1:00pm – 5:00pm. Ages 14 – 25 for Principal roles and Ensemble

Bordentown Thespians present "The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical"

As the half-blood son of a Greek god, Percy Jackson has newly discovered powers he can't control, a destiny he doesn't want, and a mythology textbook's worth of monsters on his trail.
The Growing Stage presents their 2026 New Play-Reading Festival
(NETCONG, NJ) -- The Growing Stage presents their 2026 New Play-Reading Festival from April 23-25, 2026 at The Historic Palace Theatre. The festival presents four unpublished and unproduced Theatre for Young Audiences scripts. This year features works by Samara Siskind, Martin Follose, Grace Ward & Elke Myers, and Jeff Jenkins.
2026 Jersey Shore Young Playwrights Festival to Take Place April 25th
(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Stargazer Performing Arts is proud to announce the plays and playwrights for the 2026 Jersey Shore Young Playwrights Festival. This is the second year for the festival which showcases original plays written by students ages 13 to 18. Staged reading of the plays will premiere on Saturday, April 25 in the Gia Maione Prima Black Box Theatre at the Grunin Performing Arts Academy in Toms River.
