Buddy was accidentally transported to the North Pole as a toddler and raised to adulthood among Santa’s elves. Unable to shake the feeling that he doesn’t fit in, the adult Buddy travels to New York, in full elf uniform, in search of his real father. This holiday season, relive this heartwarming holiday classic on a giant screen as every note of John Debney’s wonderful score is played live to picture in: Elf in Concert!
The 2003 film was written by David Berenbaum and directed by Jon Favreau. It stars Will Ferrell as Buddy the Elf along with fellow cast members James Caan, Zooey Deschanel, Mary Steenburgen, Ed Asner, and Bob Newart.
Performances take place Saturday, December 6 at New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark at 2:00pm and Sunday, December 7 at Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank at 2:00pm. Tickets are available for purchase online.
