Bristol Riverside Theatre presents the World Premiere of "The Nice List"
 

(BRISTOL, PA) -- Bristol Riverside Theatre (BRT) welcomes the holiday season with the world premiere of The Nice List, a lively musical with book and lyrics by Phoebe Kreutz and music by Gary Adler. Filled with catchy tunes, humor, and plenty of Christmas cheer, this merry new production invites audiences of all ages to embark on a cheerful adventure straight from Santa's North Pole. Emmy Award-winning director Alan Muraoka leads this joyful production, with music direction by Adler, running December 9-28, 2025.

Night Stories: 4 Tales of Reanimation by the Greatest Poet of the Holocaust - Avrom Sutzkever - Comes to Life Off- Broadway
 

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Night Stories, comprising four tales of reanimation by Yiddish poet and resistance fighter Avrom Sutzkever, will be presented Off-Broadway direct from a South American tour through São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires. Night Stories makes its official Off-Broadway bow at Wild Project, 195 E. 3rd Street (between Aves. A & B), with performances from December 17, 2025 through January 11, 2026.

 


Heidi Schreck's "What the Constitution Means to Me" is Coming to Morristown
 

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Pioneer Productions is excited to announce a special, limited-engagement run of Heidi Schreck's What the Constitution Means to Me, coming to Morristown in early 2026. The play will run for five performances only, weekends from January 31 to February 8, 2026 at the Stage at Fellowship Hall in Morristown.

Guitarists Frank Vignola and Vinny Raniolo Bring Their 'Joyful Jamming' to Madison
 

In the 1970s and '80s, the New Jersey Jazz Society held summer festivals at Waterloo Village in Stanhope, NJ, sometimes as part of a New Jersey arm of the Newport Jazz Festival in New York. Guitarist Frank Vignola remembers playing there 40 years ago, as a 19-year-old, with such guitar giants as Bucky Pizzarelli and Tal Farlow. "There were also other legends," he recalled, "like (pianist) Jay McShann and (bassist) Milt Hinton. So, I sort of got my start with the New Jersey Jazz Society."

The Princeton Folk Music Society presents Michael Gabriele and Spook Handy on December 12th
 

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- The Princeton Folk Music Society, celebrating its 60th anniversary, presents a double feature on folk music history, with an emphasis on New Jersey on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Christ Congregation Church. The program opens with a presentation by Michael Gabriele, the author of New Jersey Folk Revival Music: History & Tradition (Arcadia Publishing, 2016). New Jersey-based folk musician and Pete Seeger collaborator Spook Handy follows up with a concert in the second half. Showtime is 8:00pm.
