(PARAMUS, NJ) -- Van Saun County Park is once again transforming into North Jersey’s premier destination for winter family fun, welcoming back two of our most beloved seasonal experiences: Let it GLOW! A Holiday Lantern Spectacular and Winter Wonderland. Families will be transported to a winter paradise this holiday season right here in the heart of Bergen County!
Let it GLOW! A Holiday Lantern Spectacular returned on November 6th to the Bergen County Zoo. Sponsored by the Friends of the Bergen County Zoo, and in partnership with Tianyu Arts & Culture, Inc., this enchanting display features over 30 hand-painted, larger-than-life Chinese lanterns with a modern twist—celebrating culture, animals, and holiday warmth. Guests can also enjoy cozy fire pits throughout the Zoo, as well as s’mores kits available for purchase in the Zoo Gift Shop.
In addition, beginning on Friday, November 28, at 12:00pm, Bergen County’s Winter Wonderland returns to Van Saun County Park for its 10th year, with open-air ice skating, bumper cars, a heated hospitality tent, games, food trucks, a beer and wine garden, carousel rides, and live music.
