Remember Jones to present 50th Anniversary Celebration of Stevie Wonder's "Songs in the Key of Life"

(RED BANK, NJ) -- Remember Jones will present a 50th Anniversary Celebration of Stevie Wonder's Songs in the Key of Life - a one night only theatrical event featuring the ENTIRE album and MORE Stevie Wonder hits with a full expanded band, Count Basie Center Gospel Choir, and Very Special Guests on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Count Basie Center for the Arts.

In 1976, Stevie Wonder released Songs in the Key of Life, a double LP plus a four-song bonus EP, that debuted at number one on the charts becoming only the third album to achieve that feat and the first by an American artist. As a 50th anniversary celebration, Remember Jones brings together an extraordinary personnel of artists, musicians, and special guests to recreate and revive one of the most legendary, acclaimed albums of all-time.

Featuring the hits “I Wish”, “Sir Duke”, “Isn’t She Lovely”, “As”, “Another Star”, and 12 other anthems, and joined by a large cast of musicians and guest artists as well as the Count Basie Gospel Choir headed by Gwen Moten, this theatrical live performance will showcase the 19th Grammy Award winning Album of The Year and Grammy Hall of Fame inductee, the best-selling and most critically acclaimed album of Wonder's career, number 4 ranking on Rolling Stone’s “500 Greatest Albums of All Time”, and, after being inducted in 2005 into the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress which deemed it “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant”, is widely regarded as one of the greatest albums in the history of popular music.

Songs in the Key of Life LIVE is currently scheduled as a one-night-only event, Saturday, April 18, 2026 at Count Basie Center for the Arts. Very special guest performers will be announced leading up to this anticipated event.

Tickets are available for purchase online starting Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:00am. Count Basie Center for the Arts is located at 99 Monmouth Street in Red Bank, New Jersey.
