Bordentown Regional High School Theater Club presents their 2025 One Act Play Festival

Last Day of Summer with Rylan Phillips and Julianna Kelly

(BORDENTOWN, NJ) -- The award-winning Bordentown Regional High School Theater Club is proud to present their 2025 One Act Play Festival: Last Day of School on Friday, October 3, 2025 at 7:30pm in the Bordentown Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $5 and will be sold at the door. All proceeds benefit BRHS senior scholarships.

The evening will feature The Last Day of School by Ian McWerthy as well as the premiere of senior Joshua Moore's short play I've Been Expecting You, winner of the 2025 BRHS One Act Playwriting Competition.

The One Act Play Festival is a night of plays performed and directed by Bordentown Regional High School students. It includes performances from International Thespian Society Troupe 6803 members Persephone Borsuk, Brynn Bowyer, Sika Brenya, Gabriella Cuccia,  Rylie Evans, Madelyn Jones, Wren Magby, Ceilidh Manigrasso, Alexander Martucci,  Emmary McLaughlin, Rylan Phillips, Atlas Planas-Borgstrom, Adam Pollard, and River Skalski, as well as from Nora Chestnut,  Aron Erdos, Rocco Gutin, Julianna Kelly, Andre McLaughlin, Arianaliz Rios, Oliver Sano, Anna Sury, and Kade Sutton.

I've Been Expecting You with Kade Sutton, Joshua Moore, and Ceilidh Manigrasso

The plays are directed by Bordentown Regional High School students Persephone Borsuk, Brynn Bowyer, Sika Brenya, Gabriella Cuccia,  Rylie Evans, Ceilidh Manigrasso, Joshua Moore, Rylan Phillips, Atlas Planas-Borgstrom, Adam Pollard, and River Skalski.

Louis Archer and Isabel Nogueras are the run crew for this production. The sound is by Patrick Maszczak and light board operation is by Austin Faison-West.

The Bordentown Regional High School Theatre Club and Stage Crew are part of the International Thespian Society, an honor organization for students who excel in the theatrical arts. BRHS Thespian Troupe 6803 has produced students who are not only performers, but directors, designers, technicians, leaders, and community activists. Their annual season of dramas, comedies, children's theatre, musicals, festivals, and one act plays have garnered BRHS numerous awards and nominations from the New Jersey State Thespian Festival, the International Thespian Festival, the New Jersey Theatre Night Awards, and the Greater Philadelphia Cappies Awards.
