(WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- Monmouth University's Center for the Arts presents comedian Monique Marvez on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 8:00pm in the Pollak Theatre. Born and raised in Miami, Monique blends her Cuban-American roots with fearless, insightful comedy that resonates across cultures. She quickly rose to prominence, earning a reputation for her fearless and authentic comedic style.

Monique's talent has led her to numerous television appearances, including Comedy Central, Showtime, and HBO. She is also a prolific writer, contributing to various comedy specials and shows, showcasing her versatility and creativity. Beyond the stage and screen, Monique is a powerful voice in radio, having hosted her own show and appeared as a regular guest on popular radio programs.

Her comedy is not just about making people laugh; it's about making them think.
