(RAHWAY, NJ) -- Some people pine for beach days all winter long, but for those who like the cold, our recent heatwave means the weather outside is frightful. No matter which season you prefer, local nonprofit Union County Performing Arts Center (UCPAC) is offering something delightful: 20% off tickets to their upcoming holiday shows during "Christmas in July," a limited-time promotion running from July 1-31, 2025 to make attending holiday entertainment events more affordable for families.

Holiday shows included in UCPAC’s “Christmas in July” promotion are:

* Cherish the Ladies “Celtic Christmas” – Sunday, December 7 at 3:00pm - Irish music, step dancers & more in a special holiday matinee performance.

* New Jersey Youth Symphony “Galaxies of Joy: ‘The Planets’ in Concert” – Saturday, December 13 at 7:00pm.  Holst’s classical masterpiece performed by gifted student musicians, accompanied by dynamic NASA imagery.

* New Jersey Opera Theater “The Christmas Spider” – Sunday, December 14 at 2:00pm. Performed in English, this opera based on a Ukrainian legend spins a shimmering tale for all ages. Discount also applies to special senior and student ticket rates.

* Disney’s “The Muppet Christmas Carol” film in 35mm – Thursday, December 18 at 7:00pm. UCPAC’s most beloved holiday event returns with Santa, his elves, and a special surprise guest.
