(PORT MONMOUTH, NJ) -- On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, June 23-August 22, from 11:00am-12:00pm, the Monmouth County Park System will host Seining Along Sandy Hook Bay at Bayshore Waterfront Park, Port Monmouth.
Led by Park System Naturalists, this program invites area residents to discover what lives and swims in the bay by pulling a long seining net through the water. Designed for individuals and families, this free program is open to all ages, under 18 with adult.
Participants should meet on the beach near the parking lot. Closed-toe shoes are required. Please note that this offering is weather permitting.
