The event takes place on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at the Jack Nicholson Theatre, located within Manasquan High School. The screening begins at 5:00pm.

This collaborative event celebrates Jack Nicholson's deep ties to both Neptune City and Manasquan, offering the community a chance to enjoy one of his most beloved performances on the big screen.

"We are proud to partner with Mayor Mike Mangan and the Borough of Manasquan,” said Neptune City Mayor Rachel McGreevy,  “Nicholson is an icon, and his connections to our area make this an especially meaningful event for both communities."

As Good As It Gets (1997) features Nicholson in his Academy Award-winning role as Melvin Udall, an obsessive-compulsive novelist, alongside Helen Hunt, who also won an Academy Award for her performance. The film was a critical and commercial success, celebrated for its witty script and strong performances.
