(CLINTON, NJ) -- Get ready to sip, savor, and celebrate as UNCORK SUMMER presented by GPS, INC. in partnership with Explore Hunterdon, makes its grand debut on June 7-8, 2025, from 12:00pm–5:00pm at the historic Red Mill Museum Village in Clinton. This exciting new festival will showcase wines from across New Jersey, delicious gourmet food trucks, artisan vendors, live music, and more—all set against one of the state’s most iconic historic landmarks.

Festivalgoers will have the opportunity to sample and purchase wines by the bottle while meeting the winemakers from some of New Jersey’s most celebrated wineries: Angelico Winery, Federal Twist Vineyard, Old York Cellars, Villa Milagro Vineyards, Tomasello Winery, Auburn Road Vineyards, Chestnut Run Farm, Valenzano Winery, Villari Vineyards, and Wagonhouse Winery.

Each day of UNCORK SUMMER will feature live music to elevate the festival atmosphere and keep the good vibes flowing. Saturday, June 7 will feature Naughty Humphrey and Sunday, June 8 enjoy sounds from Zaire.

Ticket Pricing

General Admission Sampling Ticket - $25 advance / $30 day of event. Must be 21 or older to purchase tickets & sample/purchase wine.  Valid for one day of the festival. Includes admission to festival & Red Mill Museum Village. Price includes souvenir wine glass and wine sampling

Spectator Ticket (18–20 yrs & 21+ non-samplers) - $10 (Only available at the gate — Cash only). Includes admission to festival & Red Mill Museum Village. Does not include wine sampling

Children Under 18 - Free admission. Includes access to the festival & Red Mill Museum Village
