Xian Zhang to conduct Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. (NEWARK, NJ) -- New Jersey Symphony's Music Director Xian Zhang will conduct four performances of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. Three of the performances will take place at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (NJPAC) in Newark from April 3-5 and a fourth takes place at State Theatre New Jersey in New Brunswick on April 6, 2025.

(TUCKERTON, NJ) -- The Lizzie Rose Music Room presents a solo acoustic tribute to Bob Dylan featuring Gary Solomon of The THE BAND Band on Friday, April 4, 2025. Doors are at 7:00pm, showtime is at 7:30pm.

Friday, April 4 - bergenPAC presents Night Ranger. (ENGLEWOOD, NJ) -- Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC) presents Night Ranger on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 8:00pm. The band is on the road continuing the celebration of their landmark 40th Anniversary. See them perform new tracks and signature classics such as "Sister Christian," "(You Can Still) Rock In America," and "Don't Tell Me You Love Me" among many others.

Saturday, April 5 - Avenel PAC presents A Tribute to John Prine with Joe D'Urso & Friends. (AVENEL, NJ) -- The Avenel Performing Arts Center presents A Tribute to John Prine with Joe D’Urso & Friends on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at 7:30pm. Artists scheduled to perform include The Ready For Prine Time Players: Gary Solomon, Loren Korevec, Chris Brown, Jake Thistle, Michelle Solomon, David Frye, Tim O'Donohue, and Joe D'Urso.

Monday, April 7 - State Theatre New Jersey presents Peter Frampton. (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey presents Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Grammy® Award-winning guitarist, Peter Frampton – Let's Do It Again! Tour on Monday, April 7, 2025 at 7:30pm. Tickets range from $80-$360.

Friday, April 4 - The Falcon Ridge Most Wanted Tour comes to Morristown. (MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- The Falcon Ridge Most Wanted Tour stops in Morristown on Friday, April 4, 2025 for the Folk Project Troubadour Acoustic Concert Series. The tour represent the top three artists from the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival Emerging Artist Showcase, as voted on by the festival audience. In 2024, the winners were Alex Radus (Lehigh Valley, PA), Tina Ross (Hudson Valley, NY) and Louie Lou Louis (Brooklyn, NY). Showtime is 7:30pm.

Friday, April 4 - Broadway Theatre of Pitman presents Just Like Janis!. (PITMAN, NJ) -- Just Like Janis! - a tribute to Janis Joplin comes to the Broadway Theatre of Pitman on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 8:00pm. Starring South Jersey's own Cat Manning as Janis Joplin.

Saturday, April 5 - The Newton Theatre presents Grunge Fest: Tributes to Pearl Jam and Chris Cornell. (NEWTON, NJ) -- On Saturday, April 5, 2025, The Newton Theatre presents Grunge Fest: Tributes to Pearl Jam and Chris Cornell featuring performances by The Ledbetters and Superuknown. Showtime is 8:00pm.

Saturday, April 5 - The Levoy Theatre presents Zeppelin Reimagined. (MILLVILLE, NJ) -- The Levoy Theatre presents Zeppelin Reimagined on Saturday, April 5, 2025. It's a new show from the creators of Magical Mystery Doors. Doors are at 7:00pm, showtime is 8:00pm.

Saturday, April 5 - Tito Puente Jr. and His Latin Jazz Ensemble to Perform at Stockton PAC. (GALLOWAY, NJ) -- Inspired by his father's profound impact on Latin music, Tito Puente Jr. and his jazz ensemble will make a tour stop at Stockton University's Performing Arts Center on Saturday, April 5, 2025. Sunday, April 6 - Michael Patrick's Ring of Fire Band, A Tribute to Johnny Cash, to perform at Drew University. (MADISON, NJ) -- Prepare for a captivating tribute to the legendary "Man in Black" when Michael Patrick's Ring of Fire Band performs at The Concert Hall at Drew University on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at 3:00pm. The band brings the magic of Johnny Cash's timeless music to life in this special tribute concert.

Sunday, April 6 - A Look At Upcoming Concerts in William Paterson University's Jazz Room Series. (WAYNE, NJ) -- William Paterson University's Jazz Room Series has several shows coming in April and May. The lineup includes performances by Camille Thurman, Chico Alvarez with the William Paterson Latin Jazz Ensemble, Christian McBridge & Bill Charlap Duo, and Will Downing. All shows take place at the Shea Center for Performing Arts.

Sunday, April 6 - Vibraphonist Chuck Redd and Pianist John DiMartino are Returning to Jersey Jazz LIVE! in Madison. (MADISON, NJ) -- There aren't many jazz musicians who double on vibraphone and drums. One of them, Chuck Redd, will be bringing his vibes to the Madison (NJ) Community Arts Center, on Sunday, April 6, 2025, in a return engagement with pianist John DiMartino. Redd and DiMartino last performed at the November 2023 Jersey Jazz LIVE!

Newton Theatre presents The Fixx and Jill Sobule  (NEWTON, NJ) -- The Fixx will perform at The Newton Theatre on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at 8:00pm. Special guest Jill Sobule will open the night. The FIXX has been often heralded as one of the most innovative bands to come out of the MTV era.

The Stone Pony presents Dean Lewis with opener Henry Moodie  (ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The Stone Pony presents Dean Lewis with opener Henry Moodie on Friday, April 11, 2025 at 7:00pm. Lewis is an Australian singer-songwriter, renowned for his heartfelt lyrics and emotive voice.

Scottish Rite Auditorium presents The Police Experience  (COLLINGSWOOD, NJ) -- The Scottish Rite Auditorium presents The Police Experience on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 8:00pm. The band, known as the most authentic tribute to The Police, has been electrifying audiences both nationally and internationally with their high octane performances reminiscent of the original band's 1980s era. They will be celebrating the 45th anniversary of Zenyatta Mondatta and playing the greatest hits by The Police.

bergenPAC presents Blackmore's Night  (ENGLEWOOD, NJ) -- Bergen Performing Arts Center (bergenPAC) presents Blackmore's Night on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 8:00pm.  The band features Ritchie Blackmore (legendary guitarist formerly of Deep Purple and Rainbow) and award-winning vocalist Candice Night.

StocktonPAC presents The Drifters on April 12  (GALLOWAY, NJ) -- The Drifters, considered one of rock 'n' roll's founding vocal groups, will perform on the mainstage of Stockton University's Performing Arts Center on Saturday, April 12, 2025. Showtime is 7:30pm.

RVCC to Present Concert by Faculty Pianist Abraham Alinea  (BRANCHBURG, NJ) --Raritan Valley Community College's Arts & Design department will present a solo recital by RVCC faculty pianist Abraham Alinea on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 3:00pm. The performance, which is open to the public, will be held in Welpe Theatre at the College's Branchburg campus.

The Used Announce 25th Anniversary Tour Highlighting Tracks From First Three Albums  The Used have announced their nationwide 25th Anniversary Tour creating an unforgettable experience for fans with 3 nights in each city, featuring a full album play through of the music they created that shaped the sound of early 2000s alternative rock. The celebration will highlight their first three albums performed in full: their self-titled record The Used (2002), In Love And Death (2004) and Lies For The Liars (2007).
