(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Come one, come all to the magical Snow Ball! Art House Productions and presenting sponsor SILVERMAN proudly announce the 17th Annual Snow Ball Gala on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 8:00pm to 11:00pm, with an exclusive VIP Honoree Dinner starting at 6:00pm. The event will be held at Hudson County Community College's Culinary Arts School and Conference Center (161 Newkirk Street) in Jersey City.
This year’s theme, Spectacle of Wonder, brings the enchantment of the circus to life as we celebrate the vibrant arts and culture scene in Jersey City and honor the incredible individuals who champion Art House Productions’ mission to support artists and enrich Hudson County through exceptional arts programming. Creative black-tie attire is encouraged.
Art House is thrilled to honor the following outstanding contributors to Jersey City’s arts community: Hudson County Executive: Craig Guy; Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival Producer: Eddie Baez; Executive Director of the Historic Downtown Special Improvement District (HDSID): Rachel Sieg; Artist, Curator, and Arts Advocate: Bryant Small; and President and CEO of Jersey City Medical Center RWJ Barnabas Health: Michael Prilutsky.

“We are beyond excited to celebrate this year’s extraordinary honorees, who have each made significant contributions to the arts and community,” said Meredith Burns, Executive Artistic Director of Art House Productions. “Their leadership and advocacy exemplify the power of the arts to inspire, transform, and connect us all.”
The evening begins with the VIP Dinner from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, where guests will enjoy a three-course meal, hear speeches from the honorees, explore the silent auction, and delight in a live music performance from the Jack Breslin Trio.
From 8:00pm to 11:00pm, the gala transforms into an immersive dance party celebration featuring: An open bar and light fare; A costume contest; Exciting silent auction opportunities; Captivating circus performances by Diiiotima Arts; Live music by Giselle; and A DJ set by DJ Phil Nasty.

Tickets are available now: General Admission: $175 in advance, $300 at the door; VIP Honoree Dinner Tickets: $375, $500 at the door; Patrons with disabilities and working artists: $85.
Proceeds from the event support Art House Productions, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and presenting the performing and visual arts in Jersey City. A portion of ticket sales is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Bergen County presents 3rd Annual Star-Spangled Spectacular
(RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ) -- County Executive Jim Tedesco, the County Board of Commissioners, and the Bergen 250 Initiative are excited to announce that Bergen County's 3rd Annual Star-Spangled Spectacular will return July 4, 2026 at Overpeck County Park. All are invited to attend this patriotic afternoon of family fun which will include live music, children's activities, over 20 food trucks, a beer and wine garden, carnival attractions, and stunning fireworks to conclude the evening over Overpeck Creek.

Washington Crossing Historic Park Launches Community-Wide Call to Support Expanded Independence Day Celebration in America's 250th Anniversary Year
(WASHINGTON CROSSING, PA) -- Washington Crossing Historic Park (WCHP) in Pennsylvania plans to host an expanded Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 4, 2026 from 4:00pm to 9:30pm featuring immersive living history experiences, family-friendly activities, live music, and the return of fireworks over the Delaware River. Designed as a community-wide celebration of America250, the event is intended to create a meaningful space for residents and visitors to commemorate this historic milestone year. Please note: Admission is required; registration is recommended only for the 4:00pm ‐ 8:00pm Living History Program. The evening concert and fireworks are free and open to the public; no registration is required to attend those portions of the event.

Passage Theatre Company presents 3rd Annual Word on Front festival
(TRENTON, NJ) -- Passage Theatre Company's third annual Word on Front event is set to be its biggest yet. In celebration of the United States of America's 250th Anniversary, the company is presenting Word on Front 250, three consecutive weekends of a variety of live arts from June 26 to July 12, 2026. This festival of spoken word, music, and solo performance will celebrate the untold and underrepresented stories of America.

Centenary Stage Company Announces Lineup for SUMMERFEST 2026
