After debuting their third full-length album, if we're being honest, alt-pop trio lovelytheband has another collaboration to announce: a delicious white peach-infused IPA, appropriately named "if we're beering honest," in partnership with Cypress Brewing.

On "if we’re beering honest", lovelytheband vocalist shares, “There are parallels between writing a song and brewing a beer. We appreciate the thought and attention to detail that goes into creating something personal and unique. Plus, we are always down for a good collab. Our new album now features two; blackbear (''i'm sorry”) and Cypress Brewing Company.”

Charlie Backmann, Owner/Brewer at Cypress Brewing adds “Using only 5 ingredients sourced from the USA, the beer is an IPA aged on White Peaches. If we’re being honest, this beer came out lovely!”

lovelytheband will be at Cypress Brewing in Edison, one of New Jersey's premier craft beer providers, to celebrate the new beverage collab, perform a few acoustic songs, and sling some beers. The event will take place on September 29th at 7:00pm. After the event, the beer will be sold in cans and on tap at Cypress for the next month.

lovelytheband achieved massive success with their debut single “broken” spending nine weeks at number one on Billboard’s Alternative Songs chart. The double-platinum selling track remained on the chart for seventy six weeks, the longest running entry at the time. The single has since been named the #2 Greatest Alternative Song of All Time by Billboard. Since its release, the music video has surpassed 45M views on YouTube and 500M+ global streams. The single appeared on the band’s debut album Finding It Hard To Smile which was released in 2018.

The band’s third full length album, if we’re being honest, was released via the band’s own record label, happy accident, in partnership with Vydia. The album included their latest single, “sail away,” which currently boasts over 70M streams globally, hit #3 on the Alternative Radio charts, and got the remix treatment from multi-platinum producer & acclaimed DJ, R3HAB.
