(MIDDLETOWN, NJ) -- The Middletown Arts Center presents a special night of performances by songwriters from throughout NJ, sharing original songs and the stories behind them on Thursday, June 29 from 7:00pm-9:00pm. The event is presented with the The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI). There is a $5 suggested donation.
The NSAI Regional Chapter program is based on providing songwriters at every level an opportunity to learn more about the craft and business of songwriting. You have the opportunity to meet with fellow songwriters on a regular basis, receive and give song feedback, participate in creative songwriting lessons, and most importantly, be a part of the NSAI songwriting community.
The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) is the world’s largest not-for-profit songwriters trade association. Established in 1967, the membership of more than 5,000 active and professional members spans the United States and foreign countries. NSAI is dedicated to protecting the rights of and serving aspiring and professional songwriters in all genres of music.
The Middletown Arts Center is located at 36 Church Street, Middletown, NJ (next to the Middletown train station). Free parking is available onsite with additional free parking available in the station-metered lot on weekday evenings after 6:00pm and on weekends.
