(WEEHAWKEN, NJ) -- Hudson West Fest, in partnership with Hudson Theatre Works, is hosting an Open Mic for acoustic singer-songwriters and Poetry/Spoken Word on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. It takes places at Hudson Theatre Works, located within the Wilson School, and runs from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
There is no admission fee and all acoustic musical genres are welcome. Come and share your original sounds in a welcoming, cafe-style room. Food and drinks will be for sale with all proceeds going to Hudson Theater Works.
A piano will be available but bring your acoustic instrument of choice. We will also provide mics and a PA system. Be sure to sign up on our performers list when you arrive. You may perform two pieces each round (10 minute limit) as we rotate through all the performers. If time allows, we may have additional rounds so be prepared to perform additional pieces, if you wish.
