The GIG USA Hosts Kickoff Party For Asbury Park North To Shore Festival

(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- “There are two words that best describe what is going to occur on Wednesday, June 14th at the Asbury Lanes,” states Creator and Executive Producer of The GIG USA Nicholas Koontz, “and they are 'Event' and 'Party.' We are opening the Asbury Park leg of the North To Shore Festival and this event is not to be missed because start to finish, it will be one big, all night party!” Nick asserts.

The 'Event' that he is referring to is “The GIG USA Presents: One Night, Two Shows, One Ticket & After-Party!” At 7:00pm, the doors to the Asbury Lanes (209 4th Ave, Asbury Park, NJ) will open and shortly thereafter the Gab Cinque Band will take the stage to celebrate their debut EP release “Highway Junkie.” This first show of the night will get the festivities started with the Gab Cinque Band's EP Release Party. This hot new act has been blazing their show up and down the North East coast clubs and gaining a steady following. So much so that they were just recently named the WRAT Radio's Best Jersey Shore Cover Band 2023. At The GIG's show June 14th, however, it will be an all original song list in addition to the five new tracks recorded for their new EP “Highway Junkie.”

At 9:30pm, the second show of the party begins as Eddie Testa, his band, along with a fairly hefty crew of additional players and voices, “Around 14-pieces I believe Eddie mentioned,” adds The GIG USA Co-Producer David Uldrich, “and one of the reasons we couldn't just bill this as the Eddie Testa Band, because it's the band on steroids.”

“A supergroup to be sure,” adds Nick Koontz. “Once more, we bring this fabulous musical gift of Eddie Testa originals to an Asbury Park stage accompanied by a rock solid and polished sound of rock and soul. Hence, why I named it the Eddie Testa Rock & Soul Revue, which may have caused some confusion and if so, I apologize. But make no mistake, this is Eddie Testa at his best doing his own originals with an outstanding group of friends and musicians to help him do it in the best way possible, LIVE!”

“We did a show with Eddie and his extended band last February and we not only sold out,” David Uldrich adds, “We also had to turn away another fifty people or more, which we couldn't accommodate because it was a sit-down concert venue. Don't get me wrong,” David quickly adds, “it was a great show and we sold out. This event on June 14th is actually three times bigger!” He continues, “That's why we're saying that this is an event you don't want to miss!”

“Yes, and that brings us to the next item, this is going to be a party, in every sense of the word!” Nick exclaims. “The GIG's presentation at Asbury Lanes is going to be a 'dance party' environment. We want to see people up dancing and enjoying all this live original music by these great bands,” he adds. “These are not just concert shows, and just as we did for our last show with Eddie Testa in February, we're going to be recording these two shows with multiple 4K cameras, which will later be edited and streamed on The GIG's channel (TBA),” Nick adds.

“We will actually be recording these two live albums in both audio as well as video program formats,” adds David Uldrich, “And the recorded content from this event will be added to our streaming library platform, which we will be announcing soon.”

And as if that isn't enough, the cherry on top, Nick and David assert is that following the Eddie Testa Rock & Soul Revue show, there is an After-Party that will kick in around 11:30pm at the Asbury Lanes venue hosted by The GIG USA, LLC and featuring the Rock Bottom Band to rock and dance out the night.

“So, you may assured that, yes, this is both an event and party,” Nick emphasizes, “One Night, Two Shows, One Ticket, & After-Party! This is going to be a fun night full of great original music and I invite everyone to come join in the party and to get their tickets early.”

Tickets are $25.00 in advance, $30.00 at the door and the After-Party is included for ticket-holders. Space permitting, the After-Party will be open to the general public and admission is $10.00 at the door. Tickets are available for purchase online or at the Asbury Lanes Box Office.

Asbury Lanes is located at 209 4th Avenue in Asbury Park, New Jersey.
