Lewis Center for the Arts' Program in Theater presents "Lost Girl" (PRINCETON, NJ) -- The Lewis Center for the Arts’ Program in Theater at Princeton University will present Lost Girl by Kimberly Belflower, a play that follows Peter Pan’s Wendy after she leaves Neverland and faces growing up while struggling with mental illness. The production features Princeton senior Alexis Maze as Wendy and is directed by junior Sabina Jafri. Performances are on February 24 at 7:30pm and Feburary 25 at 2:00pm & 7:30pm in the Drapkin Studio at the Lewis Arts complex on the Princeton campus. The show is free and open to the public; no tickets are required.
Bradley Gibson is Ready to "Go the Distance" as Hercules Bradley Gibson (“A Bronx Tale,” “The Lion King,” “The Partner Track”) has big sandals to fill as the titular role in “Disney’s Hercules,” but if anyone’s ready to play the lovable demigod, it’s him. As a child, Bradley was a huge fan of the 1997 animated Disney movie, and taking on the character has helped him find new meaning in, and love for, the story.

William Harvey to Perform World Premiere of Seven Decisions of Gandhi with the PSO, Conducted by Sameer Patel (PRINCETON, NJ) -- On Saturday, March 11 at 8:00pm and Sunday, March 12 at 4:00pm, the Princeton Symphony Orchestra (PSO) presents the world premiere of composer William Harvey’s Seven Decisions of Gandhi. Written for violin and orchestra, the work was dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi’s granddaughter Ela on the occasion of her 80th birthday. The composer is soloist, accompanied by Dibyarka Chatterjee on tabla. The program also includes Alexander Borodin’s thrilling Polovtsian Dances from Prince Igor and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 6 in B Minor, Op. 74 “Pathétique.” Guest conductor Sameer Patel takes to the podium for both concerts at Richardson Auditorium, on the campus of Princeton University.
