State Theatre presents Lincoln Center Theater’s production of "My Fair Lady" NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey presents Lincoln Center Theater’s critically acclaimed production of Lerner & Loewe’s My Fair Lady for four performances on Friday, January 27, 2023 at 8:00pm; Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 2:00pm & 8:00pm; and Sunday, January 29, 2023 at 2:00pm. Triple Threat Workshop Presents "Into the Woods" at Levoy Theatre (MILLVILLE, NJ) -- Triple Threat Workshop presents four performances of Into the Woods at the Levoy Theatre from January 13-15, 2023. Into the Woods follows a host of fairytale characters pursuing their happily ever after: A Baker and his wife, who wish to have a child; Cinderella, who wishes to attend the King’s Festival; and Jack, who wishes his cow would give milk. When the Baker and his wife learn that they cannot have a child because of a Witch’s curse, the two set off on a journey to break the enchantment. Each must learn the responsibility of wishes that come true, the consequences of choices made in each passing moment, and ultimately the stories we choose to tell our children.
McCarter Names Veteran Arts Leader Susie Medak as Interim Managing Director (PRINCETON, NJ) -- McCarter Board Chair, W. Rochelle Calhoun announced on December 19, 2022 that the McCarter Board’s Executive Committee has voted to hire veteran arts leader Susie Medak to fill the role of Interim Managing Director effective immediately. Arts Consulting Group (ACG) conducted the search to place Ms. Medak in this leadership role for McCarter.

New Ironbound Mural Embodying the Love of Soccer To Be Unveiled on December 20th (NEWARK, NJ) -- The New York Red Bulls, Newark Arts, Greater Newark Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Ironbound Business Improvement District (IBID) have announced the completion of a new public artwork, Unity Gol, by Newark artist Diegumberrto. The mural is located at 529-531 Market St., a site commonly crossed when local fans journey from Newark, over the Jackson Street Bridge to a match at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ. An unveiling for the artwork will take place on Tuesday, December 20th at 3:00pm.
