(MONTCLAIR, NJ) -- On Saturday, December 17th, The Porchistas are hosting their annual Holiday Party at their house in Montclair. They will also be selling a limited edition (40) Lathe cut single of 'Bella' w/b-side 'Keep Your Distance.'
The party includes live performances on the indoor stage by: Dean Nevolis - (Fruitbodies & Defending Champions); Bernstrong - (Bern & the Brights); Joe Allocco; The Porchistas; and Karyn Kuhl.
Doors open at 3:00pm. Tickets are $10 and available for purchase online. They'll be Coquito, Hot Toddies, Mulled Wine and some healthy snacks and drinks - and a firepit in the yard! Tell your friends you are attending at the party's Facebook event page.
'Bella' was recorded on a Tascam 4 track cassette recorder to capture the mood of the pay phone era- the original cassette master was used to transfer the tracks to a lathe cut 7" vinyl record to keep the recording process analog.
The Porchistas Home Studio is located at 148 Forest Street in Montclair, New Jersey.
