Find Your Inner Artist: Paint Parties Coming to Five Ocean County Library Branches

originally published: 07/29/2022

(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Exercise your creative side and have fun with friends during late-summer adult paint parties at five Ocean County Library branches. All supplies will be provided. Staffers from Carazy Paint of Little Egg Harbor will offer step-by-step instruction as participants create their own ocean-themed masterpieces. The parties are coming to Lacey, Berkeley, Lakewood, Tuckerton, and Plumsted branches.

During paint parties, Carazy Paint founder Cara Mia Cipriani-Warfle energetically empowers people who are new to canvas and brush, emphasizing creativity. “We all paint the same scene, but no two will be alike,” she said. “The way you interpret it is your own personal style.”

Cara remarked that she opened her studio in 2015 to share the self-expression and emotional comfort of art. “Military veterans and foster children paint for free,” she added.

Registration at www.theoceancountylibrary.org/events is required to attend these free programs. To learn more, visit or call any of the Library’s 21 branches and reading centers.

Here is the paint party schedule.
