mignolo presents Spring for Spring Dance Festival

(METUCHEN, NJ) -- Mignolo Dance presents the Spring for Spring Dance Festival on Friday, June 3rd in the Metuchen Town Plaza and Saturday, June 4th at Mignolo Arts Center.  Performances start at 6:00pm each night. Experience a collection of carefully curated local choreographers and their new and existing pieces.  

The lineup for Friday includes Lindsay Jorgensen, Jessica Michal, Yuki Ishiguro, Nathan Forster, Five Two Dance, Zoe Walder, Dawn Schultz, Newbrese Dance, Cecilia Whalen, Julia Foti, Garet Wierdsman, Catherine Messina, and Mignolo Dance.

The lineup for Saturday includes Dawn Schultz, Hadar Landan, Megan Chu, Erin Landers, Jill Moshman, Bailey B Benoot, Lydia Perakis, Jamie Drye & Francesca Marinaro, Stephanie Shin, Rush Johnson, Animus Movement, Catherine Messina, and Mignolo Dance.

The Mignolo Arts Center is located at 272 Lake Avenue in Metuchen, New Jersey. mignolo dance is a 501-c3 nonprofit contemporary dance company founded by sisters Charly & Eriel Santagado. They have been dancing and creating together for more than ten years and use this experience to continue to collaborate with each other and other dancers and artists throughout the tristate area. Their work explores elements of various artistic mediums through the lens of movement.
