First Part of Annual Student Art Exhibition at RVCC Runs February 28 to March 28

(BRANCHBURG, NJ) -- Raritan Valley Community College’s Arts & Design department will present the annual RVCC Student Art Exhibition in two installments again this year. Part I of the exhibition will be on display from February 28-March 28, in the Art Gallery at the College’s Branchburg campus. Part II of the exhibition will run from April 6-May 3.

The opening reception for Part I will be held Friday, March 4, from 5:00pm-7:00pm. As a precautionary measure against COVID-19, the reception will not include refreshments. The event is free of charge and open to the public. Face masks are required in the Art Gallery and in all College buildings.

The wide variety of work included in the exhibition was created by RVCC students over the past academic year and selected by Arts & Design faculty members. Part I will feature an array of media from the following disciplines: 2D Design, Book Arts, Color Theory, Drawing, Illustration, Interior Design, 3D Design, Sculpture, and Printmaking. The show is being coordinated by Associate Professor and RVCC Art Gallery Director, Darren McManus.

Gallery hours for the exhibition are Mondays, 3:00pm-8:00pm; Tuesdays, 10:00am-3:00pm; Wednesdays, 3:00pm-8:00pm; Thursdays, 10:00am-6:00pm; and Fridays, 1:00pm-4:00pm.  Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) is located at 118 Lamington Road in Branchburg, New Jersey.

(DEAL PARK, NJ) -- The Gallery on Grant will host an opening reception for its new art show, "Enduring Spirit," on Sunday, July 12, 2026 from 6:15pm-7:30pm in the gallery, which is located inside the Axelrod Performing Arts Center. "Enduring Spirit" showcases two artists: the paintings of Toby Bergman and the sculptures of Bunnye Levi. Bergman will also give a brief discussion of her art at the reception.

(TEANECK, NJ) -- The Puffin Cultural Forum presents Light Has Its Own Time, a major retrospective exhibition celebrating more than four decades of work by multidisciplinary artist Rachel Banai. On view from June 27 through July 31, 2026, the exhibition brings together photographs, Polaroid transfers, photo-weavings, collages, and mixed-media works from twelve thematic series created between 1985 and 2025.
