Music lovers are ready and waiting this Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Holmdel, NJ’s PNC Bank Arts Center for an afternoon concert by the legendary singer and producer, Jay Siegel, and his Tokens, along with Staten Island, NY entertainer Vinnie Medugno.

Riverside Gallery presents "Liminal Showcase 2"

(HACKENSACK, NJ) -- Riverside Gallery announces a second liminal showcase of artworks by Ung Boo Kang, Lee Dae Sun Hwa, Mi Kyoung Yun, Jan Dickey, Paula Schiller, Alice Stoler, Andrea Placer, Elizabeth Rundquist, Joan Knauer, Miriam Stern, Joan Strier, Leslie Fetner, Jenny Kim, Susan Sinek, Linda Tomaselli, Pamela Fenwick, Rosemarie Crabtree, and Sandra Frech. The exhibition will run from October 1 to 18, 2022, with an opening reception on Saturday, October 8th, from 4:00pm – 6:00pm.








CDC Theatre presents "Once On This Island"

(CRANFORD, NJ) -- Cranford’s CDC Theatre will open its’104th season with the Tony Award winning musical Once On This Island from the award winning songwriting team of Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Seussical, Anastasia, Ragtime). This highly original and theatrical Caribbean adaptation of the popular fairy tale, The Little Mermaid, earned eight Tony nominations for its Broadway run, including Best Musical, Book and Score. The show runs Friday and Saturday nights from October 7-22.



RVCC Holocaust Institute presents screening of "Shoah Ambassadors"

(BRANCHBURG, NJ) -- The Institute of Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Raritan Valley Community College will present an online screening of Shoah Ambassadors on Friday, October 21 at 10:00am. There is no charge for the event, which is part of the Institute’s Learning Through Experience series and is geared for students, educators, and the community.

The Summit Playhouse presents "Sense & Sensibility"

(SUMMIT, NJ) -- The Summit Playhouse presents Kate Hamill's adaptation of Jane Austen's Sense & Sensibility from October 21 to November 5, 2022. This adaptation of Jane Austen's novel follows the fortunes and misfortunes of the Dashwood sisters after their father's sudden death leaves them financially destitute and socially vulnerable. The production is directed by Susan Speidel.



Exit 82 Theatre presents "Clue"

(TOMS RIVER, NJ) -- Exit 82 Theatre presents Clue: On Stage across two weekends (October 14-16 and October 21-23). Based on the iconic 1985 Paramount movie which was inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is a hilarious farce-meets-murder mystery!

MPAC Announces Free Summer Concert Lineup for 2026

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center's Arts in the Community free summer concert schedule for 2026 has been announced. MPAC will present six free concerts between June and August. The lineup includes the return of three of their most popular events – Bollywood Dance Party, Country Line Dancing and Salsa at Sunset, as well as singer-songwriters, and more.

Classic American Tales' presents Tales at the Dormer House every Thursday

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- From June 4 through October 15, 2026 (except for July 2), Classic American Tales (CAT) once more presents Tales at the Dormer House in which guests are treated to lemonade and tasty treats while listening to stories written by noteworthy authors, read by a variety of performers. The schedule is 4:00pm every Thursday at the historic Dormer House Bed and Breakfast (800 Columbia Avenue) in Cape May, NJ. Performances are on the front porch, weather permitting.

2026-27 Season Preview: Split Level Concerts at Jersey Shore Arts Center

(OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The season lineup includes Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Band, Stephen Kellogg, Abbie Gardner, Heather Maloney and Band, and Kim Richey. As they have done in prior years, artists from the Asbury Park music scene will open many of the shows.

"Last year it was 35 years ago when Whitesnake headlined the legendary Donington Festival in England. So, we thought it would be a good thing to celebrate that anniversary and do a "My Whitesnake Years" tour and when we were done, people from all over the world began asking if we'd be willing to do a run here or there and we went to Scandinavia, Spain and there is actually more stuff in the pipeline for next year also and of course now to the United States and it has been a lot of fun so far."
