(MARLBORO, NJ) -- Neem’s Themes Productions announces the New York City premiere of its series Girl Dad will be screened at the Manhattan Film Festival on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 7:00pm. The screenings takes place at NYC’s Cinema Village.



4th Annual Juneteenth Celebration to Take Place at Perkins Center for the Arts on Saturday

Monmouth University's Center for the Arts to Open Season with Willie Nile concert

(WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ) -- Monmouth University's Center for the Arts will open the season with a concert by Willie Nile and opening act James Maddock on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 8:00pm. The concert takes place in the Pollak Theatre.








Teaneck Pride Announces Exhibition of Photography by Danielle Richards

(TEANECK, NJ) -- Teaneck Pride announces the opening of a Photography Exhibition, "This Is Who I Am / This Is Who We Are" at the Puffin Cultural Forum. The exhibition features photography by Teaneck photographer Danielle Richards that present portraits of Bergen County LBGTQ+ families and individuals. It will run from June 20 through July 31, 2023.

The New Jersey State Museum Adds New Spanish-Language Programming in the Planetarium

(TRENTON, NJ) -- The New Jersey State Museum is pleased to announce the start of new Spanish-language programming in the Planetarium. Six Spanish versions of current Planetarium programs have been added to the programming lineup. On the fourth Saturday of each month, beginning on June 24, two Spanish language shows will be presented, at 9:30am and 10:30am.



Parkfest Bradley Beach to Take Place July 9th

(RUMSON, NJ) -- The Premier Theatre Company will present the Tony Award-winning Roald Dahl's Matilda The Musical at the beautiful Rumson School Auditorium on Forrest Ave in Rumson for 6 performances only. NJPAC presents a Spring Season of Jazz

PBS' Independent Lens Launches 20th Season of Free Pop-Up Screening Series in Teaneck and Nationwide

(TEANECK, NJ) -- The award-winning PBS documentary series, INDEPENDENT LENS, presents the launch of the upcoming season of Indie Lens Pop-Up in partnership with the Teaneck International Film Festival and the Puffin Cultural Forum. The season kicks-off on February 4, 2026 with The Librarians and continues through May. The series is free for all but sign up is required.

The first thing you'll see upon entering the gallery at Deep Space (77 Cornelison St.) is the shadow-outline of a woman's leg. There it is, on a chartreuse background, sticking straight up in the air with a curvaceous bare foot inches from the ceiling. That's all of the subject of "Lemon Lime Toe of God" that the oil painter Delilah Ray Miske is willing to show us. The rest of the body, she implies, is splayed out on a bed. We know it's summer because the window is closed and the air conditioner is plugged in. There's a pretty good chance that the possessor of the leg is undressed. In one hand, she holds a cellphone, and she might be broadcasting something. On the wall, a small whip-like broomstick hangs. It could be the ride of a tiny witch. It could be the professional tool of a dominatrix.
