The exhibit, curated by Newark artist Andrece Brady, celebrates the culture, art and art makers of Angola, and highlights artwork from previous residencies hosted by The American Schools of Angola in partnership with UNESCO. The works are installed throughout the Basement Level and the Third Floor hallways of City Hall.

The program will feature the Atlantic Highlands premiere of the "Suite for Violin and Piano" of William Grant Still, the so-called "Dean of African-American composers," along with music of Mozart, Ernest Chausson, and Camille Saint-Saëns. (OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The canopy of foliage that hangs over the streetcorners feels saturated with moisture. Even the shadows on the sidewalk are puddle blue. Businesses have their umbrellas open. A few people do, too.
