Jerry Seinfeld's Residency to Continue at Beacon Theatre

(NEW YORK, NY) -- Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. (MSG Entertainment) announced that legendary New Yorker and comedian Jerry Seinfeld will return to the historic Beacon Theatre, where he will resume his record-breaking residency with a brand-new show. The upcoming dates include: January 12 and 13; February 2 and 3; and March 8 and 9, 2024, with performances at 7:00pm and 9:30pm on all six nights.



"Ramaavan – A Musical" was applauded by viewers in New York City and Jersey City

(JERSEY CITY, NJ) -- Rimli Roy’s "Ramaavan - A Musical," concluded its ten-show run in Jersey City and New York City, leaving audiences eager for more. Commencing with a three day run at the NJCU Margaret Williams Theater in Jersey City from October 20 - 22, 2023, the production moved to the historic off-Broadway theater in Manhattan, at The American Theater of Actors - Cullum Theatre between October 25 - 29, 2023.



Lantern Theater Company presents "Crumbs from the Table of Joy"

(PHILADELPHIA, PA) -- Lantern Theater Company continues its 30th anniversary season with two-time Pulitzer Prize-winner Lynn Nottage's dramatic gem, Crumbs from the Table of Joy. Director Bianca LaVerne Jones makes her Lantern Theater Company debut, leading a cast of Philadelphia theater artists that includes Monet Debose, Walter DeShields, Morgan Charéce Hall, Hillary Parker, and Brett Ashley Robinson. The production runs Thursday, November 9 through Sunday, December 10, 2023, at St. Stephen’s Theater, the Lantern's resident venue.

Based on the 2003 film, Elf: The Musical is the hilarious tale of Buddy, a young orphan child who mistakenly crawls into Santa's bag of gifts and is transported back to the North Pole. Unaware that he is actually human, Buddy embarks on a journey to New York City to find his birth father, discover his true identity, and help New York remember the true meaning of Christmas. This modern day Christmas classic is sure to make everyone embrace their inner Elf.

(PLAINFIELD, NJ) -- Catalyst Theater Company is presenting Elling, a life affirming comedy, across two weekends (November 3-5 and November 10-12, 2023) at duCret Center of Art in Plainfield. Elling is a 2007 theatrical adaption of the novel and film of the same name. Simon Bent adapted Ingvar Bjornsen's novel and the show was produced on both the West End and Broadway to critical acclaim. Photographer John Posada was on hand to take photos.



Theatre 68 presents "I'm Not a Comedian... I'm Lenny Bruce" at NBPAC

(NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- Theatre 68 presents I'm Not a Comedian... I'm Lenny Bruce at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center (NBPAC) January 11-13, 2024 with performances each night at 8:00pm. Written by and Starring critically acclaimed actor Ronnie Marmo, with the blessings of Kitty Bruce (daughter of the late Lenny Bruce), along with the Lenny Bruce Foundation. The production is directed by Tony Award-winning stage and television star, Joe Mantegna.



Ocean County Library Manchester Branch to Present Leisure Village West Art Exhibit

(MANCHESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ) -- The Ocean County Library Manchester Branch will present an exhibit by the Leisure Village West Artists Group of Manchester, Monday, November 13 through Saturday, December 16, 2023. Works by Barbara H. Benko, Itzie Kenmuir, Charlotte McClain, Rory O’Conner, Thomas Riskoe and Marietta Tangorra will be featured in the mixed media display.

MPAC Announces Free Summer Concert Lineup for 2026

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Mayo Performing Arts Center's Arts in the Community free summer concert schedule for 2026 has been announced. MPAC will present six free concerts between June and August. The lineup includes the return of three of their most popular events – Bollywood Dance Party, Country Line Dancing and Salsa at Sunset, as well as singer-songwriters, and more.

Classic American Tales' presents Tales at the Dormer House every Thursday

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- From June 4 through October 15, 2026 (except for July 2), Classic American Tales (CAT) once more presents Tales at the Dormer House in which guests are treated to lemonade and tasty treats while listening to stories written by noteworthy authors, read by a variety of performers. The schedule is 4:00pm every Thursday at the historic Dormer House Bed and Breakfast (800 Columbia Avenue) in Cape May, NJ. Performances are on the front porch, weather permitting.

2026-27 Season Preview: Split Level Concerts at Jersey Shore Arts Center

(OCEAN GROVE, NJ) -- Split Level Concerts at the Jersey Shore Arts Center (JSAC) in Ocean Grove has announced the full concert lineup for its third season. All shows will take place beginning at 8:00pm in JSAC's Palaia Theater. The season lineup includes Willie Nile, John Gorka, Dan Bern, Catie Curtis and Band, Stephen Kellogg, Abbie Gardner, Heather Maloney and Band, and Kim Richey. As they have done in prior years, artists from the Asbury Park music scene will open many of the shows.
