Concert Hall at Drew University presents BSTREETBAND

Music at Bunker Hill presents Windscape and Sō Percussion

(SEWELL, NJ) -- Two exciting ensembles appear for the first time with Music at Bunker Hill in November. First is WINDSCAPE on November 2nd and then Sō Percussion makes a rare South Jersey stop on November 16, 2025. Performances take place at Bunker Hill Presbyterian Church in Sewell.



NJ Jazz Society Scholarship Winners to Perform with Jazz Professionals in Madison

(MADISON, NJ) -- All six New Jersey Jazz Society 2025 Scholarship Winners will perform live on Sunday, November 2, 2025 in a Jersey Jazz LIVE! concert at the Madison Community Arts Center. They will be joined by five veteran jazz professionals: tenor saxophonist/flutist Don Braden, trombonist Mariel Bildsten, drummer Alvester Garnett, pianist Caili O'Doherty, and bassist Mary Ann McSweeney. Braden and Bildsten are NJJS Advisors and judges in the scholarship competition.



Kean Stage presents "The Soul of Burt Bacharach"

(HILLSIDE, NJ) -- Kean Stage will present two performances of The Soul of Burt Bacharach on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 2:00pm & 7:30pm at Enlow Recital Hall. Acclaimed bassist and festival producer Mike Griot introduces a special presentation of the work of one of the most iconic composers in music history: the legendary Burt Bacharach!

"My Mississippi Roots," I'm going deep on that one," said bassist James "JB" Barnes as he discussed the recently released album of the same name. "I had to reach back to my family history on my father's side. My dad was from Port Gibson, Mississippi, was born in 1928 and he's not with us anymore but he is my lineage. The Barnes family name comes from that part of Mississippi, Claiborne County and that's where my dad is from; there's a lot of tradition down there in Mississippi; look at the blues musicians who came out of there (Mississippi). Muddy Waters, B.B. King, there is a lot of history down there, good, bad and ugly."

The Dryden Ensemble presents "Daydreams (and Dictators)"

(PRINCETON, NJ) -- The Dryden Ensemble returns with its artistic director, Daniel Swenberg, in a program entitled "Daydreams (and Dictators)" on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Princeton. Classical Cape May Announces 2025-26 season of Free Classical Music Concerts

(CAPE MAY, NJ) -- Classical Cape May, in partnership with the annual Cape May Music Festival presented by Cape May MAC (Museums+Arts+Culture) and supported in part by a grant from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, announces a new season of concerts this fall through spring of 2026, expanding its series of free classical music concerts to a full seven months, with the first season's concert held in October.
