(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- On Saturday, April 29th at 4:00, the Marc Muller Trio with world class musicians Tony Garnier (Bob Dylan) and John Kimock (Oteil and Friends) will perform in the intimate setting of The Transparent Clinch Gallery. The trio will lead the listener on a sonic journey through a vast landscape of rootsy Americana instrumental music, drawing from influences ranging from The Beatles, The Grateful Dead, Little Feat to Miles Davis. Attendees will hear high-energy funky country romps, delicate harmonically rich ballads, and soaring improvisations that create a unique blend of music, perhaps best described as Southern-Fried Hippie Jazz.
The show will include material from Muller’s two releases, “American Home Cooking”, and “Songs From My Hard Drive”, which features Victor Wooten, Rod Morgenstein, Anton Fig, David Mann and others, as well as new unreleased music.
Marc Muller is a veteran touring/recording multi-instrumentalist. Appearing on albums, feature film, TV and international tours with Bruce Springsteen, Shania Twain, Tommy Shaw, Van Zant, Disney Channel, PBS, ABC TV and is the creative force behind the critically acclaimed Grateful Dead tribute, Dead On Live.
There is a $10 mininum donation suggested.
