(SPRING LAKE, NJ) -- A year of celebration continues at the Spring Lake Community House! The wonderful events to celebrate this extraordinary milestone continue with the second installment in the Something Wonderful concert series. Something Wonderful is a benefit concert set for Saturday, April 29th, 2023. Before and after the concert, the audience can enjoy a lavish cocktail reception and mingle with the performers. This time, the concert will feature classical numbers from musicals never before seen on the Spring Lake Theatre stage, including The Phantom of the Opera, Cabaret, Newsies, Wicked, Hamilton, and many more!
Andrew Ferrie, one of the directors of the concert expresses his excitement: “Working on the concert has been an absolute joy! Our previous concert highlighted songs from shows we’ve done on our stage. For this second installment of 'Something Wondeful', we want to highlight music from shows we haven’t done on our stage before. This gave us the opportunity to orchestrate an energetic and magnificent program for our patrons! This concert will be filled with endless talent that will have you humming numerous different tunes.”
Featuring the musical stylings of Jessa Bedser, Bre Cade, Cosette Lyncheski, Steven Copp, Nicholas D’Ambrosia, Aisa Feratovic, Andrew Ferrie, Nick Foster, Reid Henderson, Nicolas Hewgley, Kait Holloway, Bridget Hughes, Colleen Hulse, Derek Hulse, Regina Ippolito, Teddy Kernizan, Anne Miele, Ian Moore, Michael Morch, Sean Openshaw, and Leonid Weismantel. As Executive Director and Producer Patricia Barry always says: “There’s Always Something Wonderful Happening Here”.
