(JERSEY CITY, NJ) --  What if the past didn't just live in books... but stood right in front of you? Speranza Theatre Company presents In Her Footsteps, a fun, immersive theatre experience where the stories of remarkable women come alive from March 13-15, 2026 at the Museum of Jersey City History. Professional actors embody extraordinary women from history whose courage and creativity changed our world. Through live performance, interactive exhibits, and meaningful dialogue, attendees are invited to experience these defining moments firsthand. This is theatre shaped by curiosity.

Throughout the experience, In Her Footsteps explores enduring gender inequities and their impact today, encouraging reflection and meaningful conversation. It's perfect for families looking to be entertained and inspired this March in celebration of Women's History Month.

"As my child watched, I could see her imagining who she could become," shared Kirsten, mother of a six-year-old attendee.

"A mix of theatre, history, and discussion, the production keeps students active and involved from start to finish," said Sarah, middle/high school drama teacher.

Performances take place Friday, March 13 at 7:00pm; Saturday, March 14 at 1:00pm & 6:00pm; and Sunday, March 15 at 1:00pm. Tickets are $20 general admission and $10 for students and seniors.
