(LAKEWOOD, NJ) -- The Wag brought their Beatles Spectacular to the Strand Theater in Lakewood on Saturday, July 23, 2022.  Following a set of original songs by The Wag, they moved into Beatles terrority and played songs from throughout the legendary act's career along with a few costume changes.  Photographer John Posada was on hand to take photos.

The Wag perform their "Beatles Spectacular" show annually at The Fest for Beatles Fans (the biggest Beatles festival on the East Coast), Abbey Road on the River in Jeffersonville, Indiana (the biggest Beatles Fest in the country), and at many different township functions and private parties.

The band consists of Brian Ostering (Bass and vocals); Alicia Van Sant (Keyboards, vocals, percussion, some flute, occasional guitar); Don Lee (Guitar and vocals); and Joshua Van Ness (Drums, percussion, guitar and vocals). For this show, they were joined by Ralph Capasso, Joe Lisa, and Erez Lirov.  A young dancer named Lilakoip provided an interpretive dance performance to a Beatles song.

Here are photos from the show.
