(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- .moe came to Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) on Friday, September 5, 2025 and photographer Chris Paul was on hand to take photos. The band is currently on a tour celebrating their 35th anniversary.
.moe first began at the University of Buffalo. Out of freewheeling sessions bursting with bold, genre-defying creativity and tongue-in-cheek humor, a band named moe. emerged.
Decades later, moe.’s tireless work ethic, DIY resourcefulness, infectious songwriting, and highly-engaged fanbase—the Famoe.ly—have enabled the sextet to earn a successful career. Yet, the guys have never rested on their laurels as “jam band pioneers.” They average 100 shows per year, and regularly release vital new music, including the band’s latest album, Circle of Giants (ATO), its 13th release.

Prior to the show, Chris Paul interviewed drummer, Vinnie Amico. That interview is available here.
"Over the last few years, we have had some hardships, some ups and downs…" said Amico in the interview. "The fact that we are now going full steam ahead right now, firing on all cylinders, with everyone on board, management, the band and crew, for what we are trying to accomplish is fantastic. We are psyched to be out playing, building momentum trying to carry that into the future. We want to be doing this for as long as we can. We don’t have any alternatives, I think we are hitting a good stride, making good music and the fans are digging it so we just want to carry that on."
