(SEWELL, NJ) -- Music at Bunker Hill presents Trio Zimbalist in their first appearance on their series on May 10, 2026 at 3:00pm. Trio Zimbalist has been celebrated for its "highly charged performances" (The Strad) and its "liveliness and vigor of playing" (Athinorama).
The trio is lauded for its masterful interpretations of repertoire spanning from Classical and Romantic masterworks to today’s most lauded composers. They present works by Smetana, Suk, and Faure. The trio takes its name from famed violin virtuoso Efrem Zimbalist, a towering presence at the Curtis Institute of Music as faculty and director for a combined forty years.
Trio Zimbalist is represented by Curtis Artist Management at Curtis Institute of Music.
