Music and BBQ with Supernova at Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse on Sunday

(MILFORD, NJ) -- There will be Music and BBQ at Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse on Sunday, August 21, 2022 with Supernova from 4:00pm-6:30pm. Food service is from 3:00pm-6:00pm. Supernova plays classic and modern jazz with a jam vibe, what they call Festival Jazz.
From Chick Corea, Pat Methany, and John Scofield to classic 60's funky jazz like Eddie Henderson and Wes Montgomery, Supernova brings the groove and FUN. You just might wanna dance! The band is James Popik, guitar, Tom McMillan, bass, Dave Mohn, drums, Dave Homan, sax, and John Henry Goldman, trumpet.
There is a music charge of $15 per person over the age of 12. Tickets are available for purchase online.
Spend the afternoon on the lawn of the farmhouse, listening to great music and enjoying great food. They’ll be selling Farm to Fork dishes, including 100% grass-fed burgers, smoked suckled veal and bacon sausage sandwiches, mac & cheese, baked beans, cheese plates made with 100% grass-fed cheeses, house made local grain breads, and produce from the garden. Dessert will include local ice cream and house made cookies! BYOB.
Lawn chairs or picnic blankets are recommended. For folks with limited mobility, it is easy to park right next to the field for easy accessibility. The event is BYOB, kids are welcome, no dogs please.
Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse (located at 369 Stamets Road in Milford, New Jersey) is a family-run, regenerative farm, making cheeses, meats, charcuterie and breads for over 20 years. Bobolink has won the Garden State Culinary Arts Award, Edible Jersey’s Local Hero Award for Best Food Artisan, as well as the SlowFood Snail of Approval!
(ASBURY PARK, NJ) -- The New Jersey Friends of Clearwater (NJFC) has announced that they are returning to Asbury Park on Labor Day Weekend August 31 and September 1, 2024 for their 49th Annual NJ Clearwater Festival. The celebration of the environment with music, song and information about how to protect it is the state's largest eco-festival. Hours are 1:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturday and 1:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday.
