originally published: 11/19/2025

(MOORESTOWN, NJ) -- Moorestown Theater Company presents Annie, Jr. with two casts from December 6-14, 2025 at First Methodist Church in Moorestown.  With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone's hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City.

Annie is determined to find the parents who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of an orphanage run by the cruel Miss Hannigan. Annie eventually foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations, finding a new home and family in billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his personal secretary, Grace Farrell, and a lovable mutt named Sandy.

The 'Black' Cast takes the stage on Saturday, December 6 at 3:00pm; Wednesday, December 10 at 6:00pm; Saturday, December 13 at 5:00pm; and Sunday, December 14 at 1:00pm.
