(SURF CITY, NJ) -- Lighthouse International Film Society presents a screening of Call Me Dancer on Friday, January 26, 2024 at Surf City Firehouse. Manish, torn between his love for dance and his parents' traditional expectations, discovers a newfound hunger for artistic expression after stumbling upon an inner-city dance school. The catalyst for this transformative journey is a curmudgeonly ballet master from Israel, who becomes an unlikely source of inspiration for Manish to pursue his dreams against all odds.
