originally published: 10/21/2025

(HACKENSACK, NJ) -- The Christmas Caper returns to the Hackensack Performing Arts Center with performances weekends from December 5-13, 2025. This is a magical show that has become an annual tradition in Hackensack, delighting audiences with its enchanting performances and heartwarming storytelling.

Join Mrs. Claus, Jingles, Holly, Sparky, and Santa’s lively elves as they race against time to save Christmas. From hilarious mishaps at the North Pole to triumphant teamwork and a festive finale, The Christmas Caper is a feel-good crowd-pleaser that keeps the whole family engaged from curtain up to curtain call.

HACKPAC is proud to present a Sensory-Friendly Performance on Thursday, December 11, thoughtfully adapted for audience members with sensory sensitivities, autism, or other learning, social, or cognitive disabilities. This experience features gentle lighting, softer sound, and access to a designated quiet zone in their Gallery to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for all.

Performances take place Friday at 7:30pm, Saturdays at 2:00pm & 7:30pm, and Thursday, December 11th at 7:30pm. Tickets are available for purchase online. The Hackensack Performing Arts Center is located at 102 State Street in Hackensack, New Jersey.

"HACPAC stands as Hackensack’s cultural centerpiece, nurturing artists across disciplines. Our Performing Arts Center provides a platform for emerging and established talents, from Broadway stars to Grammy-winning musicians. We celebrate creativity and offer a home for the next generation of performers. As a Hackensack native, I am committed to giving back to the community that shaped my artistic journey. Just as local institutions supported my growth, we now provide a space for aspiring artists to cultivate their talents and dreams." - Gregory Liosi, Artistic Director
