LaBamba enjoyed 25 years on late night television with Conan O' Brien, playing trombone as a member of the Max Weinberg 7 and Jimmy Vivino & the Basic Cable Band. With Conan, he also was featured in a myriad of comedy sketches, such as "In the Year 2000," developing a respectable cult following in the process.

State Theatre presents "The Nutcracker" with the American Repertory Ballet, live orchestra and choir (NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ) -- State Theatre New Jersey presents The Nutcracker with American Repertory Ballet for five performances on Friday, December 15 at 7:30pm; Saturday, December 16 at 2:00pm & 7:00pm; and Sunday, December 17 at 1:00pm & 5:00pm.
