Pat Guadagno and a stellar lineup of artists performed some of the musical gems from Tom's catalog in a tribute entitled, "The Heart of Saturday Night - The Brilliance of Tom Waits" on November 4, 2023 at The Vogel in Red Bank. Philadelphia International Music Festival Alumna to Perform with Philadelphia Orchestra in Beijing
 

Not only are Philadelphia International Music Camp and Festival faculty members in the Philadelphia Orchestra delegation for the 50th anniversary of the ensemble's historic 1973 Tour of China, one of PIMF's most distinguished alumna will be joining the orchestra in Beijing as she competes in the final round of China's most prestigious competition for young musicians on Monday, November 13, 2023.

 



A Conversation with Richie Furay Who Performs at MPAC on November 18, 2023 with Firefall and Pure Prairie League
 

Richie Furay — considered one of the pioneers of country-rock — is coming to the Garden State on Saturday, November 18, 2023 to perform in the Legends of Country Rock concert with Firefall and Pure Prairie League at MPAC in Morristown, NJ. Furay is a Rock and Roll Hall of Famer considered by many as the voice of country rock. In fact, it is said that at an Eagles concert in Denver, band leader Glenn Frey once pointed out Furay in the audience and announced, "If it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be here."

 



New Jersey Youth Chorus Presents Readings and Carols
 

(MORRISTOWN, NJ) -- Light up this holiday season with a stunning performance by the New Jersey Youth Chorus and special guest handbell choir, the Walsh Memorial Bell Choir from the Presbyterian Church of Morris Plains. As part of the 2023-24 season's vision to engage alumni by building a passionate, caring, and broad community of chorus members, the concert features NJYC Alumna Emmalee LaFean. Readings and Carols: Season of Light will take place on Sunday, December 3 at 4:30pm at the Morristown United Methodist Church located at 50 South Park Place in Morristown.
