(CAMDEN, NJ) -- South Camden Theatre Company produces three staged readings of new work every summer. SCTC is seeking a new play to be read on Monday, July 27, 2015. Synopses will be accepted from today until June 13th. The playwright must be present at the reading.
SCTC recommends taking a look at the plays they have produced over the past ten years. If you have a full length play that you feel is a good fit for them, please email a synopsis and list of characters to joep@southcamdentheatre.org. Their staged readings are free events and offer great exposure for a play and writer.
The South Camden Theatre Co. produces quality professional theater, encouraging residents from throughout the region to return for a positive experience in Camden, N.J., aiding its rebirth.
Founded by a playwright, the South Camden Theatre Co. stages seldom-seen, classic plays and original works in Camden, N.J. With community support, we now thrive in a new, 96-seat theater.
